At Watch Factory Lofts, we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Our pet-centric community welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet there is a pet rent of $75 per dog and $50 per cat. We allow two pets in total with any combination of dogs and cats.
